I’m the founder of Coleman & Co and Boutique Digital, a PR strategist, creator, podcast host and someone currently rebuilding her life very publicly on the internet.

For over 15 years, I’ve worked in marketing, branding, PR and digital strategy, helping businesses, personalities and athletes grow visibility, land media, attract partnerships and build brands people actually care about.

Over time, I found myself building incredible brands for everyone else while quietly disconnecting from my own.

Then life forced me to slow down.

After undergoing a hysterectomy, navigating burnout, ADHD, identity shifts and rebuilding my health, I started documenting the process of becoming again, not perfectly, but honestly.

That’s where this new era was born.
